We store your email (for authentication) and anything you create in the app — projects, work items, resources, queues, jobs, print files, plates, notes, and any files or images you upload as attachments. This is stored in our Postgres database and file storage via Supabase.
Authentication is handled by Supabase. Supabase may process auth tokens and send magic-link and password-reset emails on our behalf. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email and basic profile with us to create or match your account.
Some features (such as import) use a third-party AI provider, Anthropic ("Claude"), to structure the information you provide. When you use these features, the text you submit is sent to Anthropic to generate the result and is not used to train their models. We only send what's needed to perform the action you requested. If you'd rather not use AI processing, simply don't use those features.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and browser localStorage for UI preferences like onboarding hints. No tracking cookies.
Anonymous aggregate analytics may be used to understand overall usage. No personal profiling.
Loggrid is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local minimum age), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email support@yttria.tools to request deletion.
Your data is stored and processed on infrastructure operated by our providers (Supabase and Vercel), which may host and process it in the United States and other regions. By using the service you consent to this processing.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run Loggrid: Supabase (database, storage, and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI features, as described above). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
