Loggrid is operated by Yttria ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Loggrid (16 in regions where that is the minimum age for online services). The service is not directed to children under those ages.
Use Loggrid for your own workflow and project tracking. Don't abuse the service, attack it, attempt to access other users' data, or use it to store or share unlawful content.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload (project data, notes, images, and files). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for not uploading content that infringes someone else's rights or the law.
Some features (such as import) use AI to structure the information you provide. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate — review it before relying on it. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled when you use these features.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Loggrid infringes your copyright, email contact@yttria.tools with the URL or description of the material, proof of your rights, and your contact details. We will review and remove infringing content, and may disable accounts of repeat infringers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or data durability. Back up anything critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. You and we agree that the courts of Bangkok, Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you have a problem, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email. If we can't resolve it informally within 30 days, the dispute may be brought before the courts of Bangkok, Thailand as set out above.
